What affects the cost of a dental implant?

The price per implant is fixed, but the total cost of your treatment depends on your case. The main factors are:

  • Number of implants - one missing tooth needs one implant; for several missing teeth we can place multiple implants or an implant-supported bridge.
  • Type of crown - metal-ceramic (€200) or metal-free and zirconium crowns (€250).
  • Jawbone condition - if there isn't enough bone, bone grafting or a sinus lift is needed before the implant, which adds to the cost.
  • Tooth extraction - whether a tooth has to be removed before the implant is placed.

That's why at your first, free examination you receive a detailed treatment plan and an exact price for every service - no hidden costs and no surprises during treatment.

How much do full-jaw implants cost?

When all teeth in a jaw are missing, you don't need an implant for every tooth. Instead, a full arch is fixed on 4 or 6 implants:

  • All-on-4 - 4 implants and 10 ceramic crowns, €4,500 per jaw.
  • All-on-6 - 6 implants and 12 ceramic crowns, €5,500 per jaw, for extra stability and load capacity.

Why are dental implants cheaper in Serbia than in Western Europe?

The same implant that costs around €1,700 in Austria and €1,900 in Germany costs €390 with us. The difference isn't the quality of materials - it's the lower cost of labour and running a clinic in Serbia. That's why more and more patients come to Belgrade for dental tourism, paying significantly less than at home even after travel and accommodation.
