All-on-4 Before and After: Real Patient Results and What Changed

What changed between the photos

In each case the failing or missing teeth in the arch were replaced by four implants and a fixed bridge with 10 ceramic crowns. The first trip ends with a temporary bridge, so the "after" you leave with is functional and fixed. The permanent bridge is fitted on the second trip after three to six months of healing, and it is the one that looks finished: tooth shape, shade and gum line are set at that stage. A photo taken before the permanent bridge shows the temporary, not the final result.

What the result depends on

• Bone and gum. Four implants work well when the front of the jaw has enough bone. When it does not, the plan changes to six implants (All-on-6) or includes grafting.
• The shade and shape you choose. You approve them at the try-in, before the final bridge is made. A natural-looking set is a decision, not an accident.
• Hygiene and smoking. Daily cleaning under the bridge and not smoking decide how long the result lasts.
• The bite. Adjusted at each visit, because it determines comfort as much as appearance.

What it costs
